Kristi Sundquist is a Seattle-based real estate advisor, managing broker, and fourth-generation builder’s daughter who spent fifteen years as a senior executive in homebuilding before returning to the front lines of residential sales and team leadership.

Her career has been shaped by designing and marketing communities, navigating shifting markets, and helping clients make confident, strategic decisions about homes, land, and long-term investments.

Teamwrecked was born after one of the hardest calls of her career: intentionally letting go of an entire team and choosing to rebuild from the studs instead of patching cracks.
